Dalton, GA. – Nov 12, 2025 – The Carpet and Rug Institute, Inc. (The CRI) announced new members of its Board of Directors at its 2025 Annual Meeting. The CRI’s 2026 Board of Directors will include:

- Joe Semaan, Mohawk Industries
- Tim Baucom, Shaw Industries
- Winn Everhart, Tarkett North America
- Franco Rossi, Aquafil USA
- Jonathan Craig, Universal Fibers
- Chip Howalt, Textile Rubber & Chemical Co.
Tim Baucom will continue serving as Board of Directors Chairman with Joe Semaan serving as Board of Directors Vice Chairman.
